Phil Taylor has loved Gospel Music since his early years of growing up in the church. With a blend of a soulful piano and a seemingly effortless voice, he brings a unique and soothing sound to well-loved gospel and southern gospel songs. He is a gifted and beloved pastor with over 50 years in ministry.
Phil Taylor has been the senior pastor of Carbondale Assembly in Tulsa, Oklahoma since 1985. He began his association with Carbondale Assembly when as a teenager he moved with his family to Tulsa's Westside and began attending the church in 1967. Formerly the Associate Pastor, he has been on staff since 1975. Pastor Taylor holds a BA and a MA from Oral Roberts University and a MS from Oklahoma State University. Pastor Phil's ministry connects with all ages.
